On September 29, 2025, thunderous applause erupted in the semi-steel production workshop of Hubei Jintian Tire Co., Ltd. With the final step completed on the automated production line, the first semi-steel radial tire from Jintian Tire's 6 million-unit annual production project rolled off the assembly line smoothly. This marked a key breakthrough in the company's core tire manufacturing sector and the official entry into a new phase of large-scale production.

As a key construction project at the factory, the semi-steel radial tire production line utilizes industry-leading intelligent technology and equipment. From rubber raw material mixing to tread pattern pressing, a digital control system ensures precision control throughout the entire process. Driven by consumer perspectives and market demand, we primarily focus on mid-to-high-end products, supplemented by economical offerings. In the first phase, we will launch over 360 specifications across five series: HP, UHP, HT, C, and AT. In the second phase, in 2026, we will continue to expand the specifications of these five series and introduce snow tires, RT, and MT series, bringing the total SKU offering to over 500.
Building a Clear Product Matrix Strategy
The first tire to roll off the production line meets national Class-A standards for rolling resistance, wear resistance, and quietness. It is widely compatible with mainstream passenger vehicles, including family sedans and SUVs, offering both economical efficiency and safety. One of our flagship products is the "All-EV Hybrid" HP and UHP series, covering over 200 sizes from 13 to 22 inches. Our second flagship product is the all-terrain AT series, offering over 100 sizes, establishing our factory's "All-EV, All-AT" product label.

From project inception to the successful rollout of the first tire, the Jintian Tire R&D team meticulously refined over 100 production parameters, while the production team rigorously controlled every process. This not only validated the feasibility of the factory's technological approach but also laid a solid foundation for subsequent capacity expansion and market expansion.
In the future, Jintian Tire Factory will take the production of the first tire as a starting point, continue to deepen its presence in the semi-steel radial tire market segment, provide localized process support for the regional automotive industry chain, and strive to create a high-quality, diversified full range of product lines. At the same time, it will help end consumers reduce travel costs with cost-effective products, and create a new benchmark for semi-steel tires with "excellent technology and reliable quality."
